Packzen — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Packzen ("the app", "we", "us") handles your information. We built Packzen with privacy as a core principle: the app works entirely on your device and does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information. Packzen has no user accounts, no sign-in, and no servers of our own.

• The checklists, items, list names, and dates you create are stored locally on your device only.
• We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party SDKs.
• We do not access your contacts, location, photos, microphone, or camera.

2. How Your Data Is Stored

All app data is saved on your device using Apple's on-device storage (SwiftData). It never leaves your device through Packzen. If you have iCloud device backups enabled, your data may be included in your own Apple backup, which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy, not ours.

3. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer any data to third parties, because we never collect it in the first place.

4. Deleting Your Data

You are in full control of your data:

• Delete individual items or entire lists inside the app at any time.
• Deleting (uninstalling) the app removes all of its locally stored data permanently.

5. Children's Privacy

Packzen does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under 13. The app contains no ads and no data collection.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
